Warranty and Return Policy

1-year unconditional warranty – Buyer can return their Waterhoop for any reason for up to 1 year from date of purchase and receive reimbursement of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for shipping unwanted unit to Waterhoop. Buyer may contact customer service through the website or call 1-816-745-5059.

3-year replacement warranty – If the buyer’s Waterhoop becomes damaged and is returned to us we will replace it at no charge for 3 years from date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping damaged unit to Waterhoop. In order to save the customer time and shipping expense we are happy to ship a repair part at no charge.
